I am a Chicago-based Photographer who has been photographing professionally since 2002.
Although, I photograph a wide range of subjects my largest concentration is photographing weddings.
When photographing weddings, I use my easy-going, friendly natured personality, combined with my sharply-honed photography skills to capture real expressions and true to life imagery. I am often complemented on how real the photos all seem; when I hear that, in my head I think mission accomplished!
My style has been evolving since I started photographing weddings in 2004 from the classical, get it perfect, perfectly posed traditional approach. Now, a more modern journalistic approach-let things happen and photograph the story as it materializes. Sometimes it doesn’t so I become the art director, creating special moments. My goal is to get real expressions, capture the love between the couple, their friends, their families and capture the wonderful energy at the big day.
It’s a hard job, someone’s gotta do it, and I love doing it!
